Motorcycle and Powersports opportunity for the Indian, KTM, Polaris and Slingshot dealership located in Oakville.
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Current hours of operation: Tuesday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturdays 9am–3pm
- Benefits after 90 days
- Salary based on experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnostic and maintain both carbureted and fuel injected vehicles (Motorcycle, ATV, Side by Side, Slingshot and Snowmobile)
- Operation of all types of powersports vehicles in a safe manner for diagnosis and verification of repair
- Preparation and deliver inspection of new vehicles
- Accessory installation of OEM and aftermarket components on new and serviced vehicles
- Cleaning of new and serviced vehicles for customers
Requirements
- Clean class G license for a minimum of 1 year
- Clean M license
- 310G designation
- Own tools applicable to the trade, based on level of skill (specialty tools supplied)
- Basic computer skills
- Work well with minimal supervision, communicate well with fellow co-workers and customers in a busy fast paced environment
- Maintain a clean organized workspace
- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
- Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings (as required)
- Highly motivated to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for the powersports industry
- Indian, Polaris, KTM and Slingshot product line and maintenance experience an asset
